Do your problems and challenges sometimes seem overwhelming?
Do you feel frustrated because you can’t find a suitable solution?
Are you torn between options and don’t know what to do?
Many of us have moments like these in life. They test us.
But deep within our minds are the solutions we need.
Deep in our minds even better options await us.
Here are four easy steps you can take to tap your inner power.
First, define the problem you face in writing.
Be specific about it and why it is important to solve it.
Next, write out all the options you can think of.
Next, give each a priority. No. 1 is the most likely option.
No. 2 is the next most likely. Then No. 3 and No. 4.
Now put your notes away and distance yourself from the problem.
Call a friend. Meet someone for lunch. Go fishing or golfing.
Tackle another assignment. Do anything to distract yourself.
As you’re doing that, your inner power works on the problem.
Each night, I write in my journal the problems I face tomorrow.
Then I list the opportunities I will have tomorrow.
I write this in my journal before I fall asleep.
While I’m sleeping, my subconscious mind is busy at work.
Last night I wondered what I would share with you today.
So I set my inner mind to work on it. Voila. I awoke with an idea:
Why don’t I share my strategies to help you tap your creativity?
