Making difficult choices in life

It’s hard to overcome addictions.
Too much coffee, tobacco or other substances.
I know. It took me years to give up cigarettes.
Disciplining yourself is demanding.
To become successful, you must have discipline.
Successful people make hard choices.
Unsuccessful people don’t.
Successful people choose good habits.
They keep fit and healthy.
Eat properly. Get adequate rest.
Make plans and hold themselves accountable.
Good habits demand self discipline.
Bad habits only ask self-indulgence.
Bad habits are easy to acquire, hard to live with.
Bad habits lead to addiction. Job loss. Divorce. Jail.
Good habits are hard to acquire, easy to live with.
Good habits lead to success. Fulfilled dreams.
A richer life. More fun. Loving families.
