Keep your feet on the ground

See if this business story makes any sense to you.
I know two business men who are really outstanding.
They give their clients lots of value for their money.
But both have an attitude. I mean a poor attitude.
Both have started to think they walk on water.
And it comes across in how they act with their clients.
You can attract clients without being a real person.
But it helps. People do business with real people.
If you’re high and mighty, you will lose them.
This pair will eventually hurt themselves.
Just alienate enough clients with a rotten attitude.
See where that gets you in business and in life.
That’s a valuable reminder to the rest of us.
Keep your feet on the ground 24/7.
Even when your head is in the clouds.
